What are your billing and invoicing methods?
We accept checks, direct deposit (ACH) and Paypal payments. For most one-time projects, payments are due in two parts: the first half of the full payment is due once a contract is signed. The second half of the payment is due once the project is completed. For media companies and some larger companies, we will bill once at the project’s completion. For ongoing monthly projects, we bill at the end of the month and expect payment within 30 days.
Do you have set office hours?
No. All meetings are by appointment only. You can email Miiko or Wylie anytime to schedule a meeting Monday through Friday. Most of the time we will respond the same day. But it can take up to 48-72 hours.
